Our library scenarios are built from real, publicly documented incidents. A custom exercise is built from you.

It starts with a confidential call. One of our practitioners, a person, not a model, works through your incident response plan with you: who decides, who approves, which providers you depend on, where the handoffs are. Your plan stays with you. It is never uploaded to the platform.

From that conversation we author a scenario shaped to your organization, with fully synthetic names, evidence, and artefacts, visible only to your team. Then you play it.

Then you fix what you found, and play again. IncidentRoom compares the two runs, decision by decision, so you can see how your team's choices changed under the same pressure, including the exercises everyone avoids: the ones where the usual decision-maker is unreachable.

Every run produces defensible evidence that the exercise was conducted and documented, and a board-ready report of what changed.
